These Terms and Conditions describe the basic rules that apply when you use Wikiluck. They explain our relationship with players, your responsibilities as an account holder, and the core operational rules for bonuses, payments and dispute handling. Account responsibilities
When you register an account with Wikiluck you must provide accurate, current information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Only one account per person, household or device is permitted; multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent limits may lead to suspension and forfeiture of funds. We require identity and address verification for certain transactions and before withdrawals. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
Eligibility requirements
To use Wikiluck you must meet the eligibility rules set out in our full terms. Registration is restricted where local law or our policy prohibits participation. The platform is operated by NewEra B.V. under a Curaçao licence; specific country and age restrictions are listed in our full T&Cs. We will not accept registrations from anyone who does not meet those requirements.
Acceptable platform use
Our services must be used lawfully and fairly. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, use of VPNs to bypass blocks, automated betting or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes. Abusive or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other players is not allowed. Breaches may result in account limits, fund confiscation and account closure.
General bonus and promotion rules
Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which must be accepted when a bonus is claimed. Deposit-based offers commonly require a minimum deposit of €20. Typical wagering requirements reported by our promotions are between 35x and 40x and promotional play often expires if not completed within the stated validity period, commonly 21 days. Game contribution rules frequently apply - for example, slots commonly contribute 100%, roulette around 10% and many live or table games 0% toward wagering. Maximum bet limits while wagering are enforced (commonly €12 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower) and maximum conversion caps often apply. Deposits and withdrawals
We accept a range of fiat and cryptocurrency payment methods. Deposits are generally processed instantly; withdrawal processing depends on verification status and the chosen method. Crypto withdrawals are often processed quickly once KYC checks are complete. Payment providers may apply fees; the operator typically does not charge internal processing fees but this may vary. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and anti-fraud checks. While some sources report no fixed overall cashout cap, single-day win limits have been reported by third-party summaries - any applicable limits will be described in your account terms.
